Adrian
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As an accomplished company accountant and financial director, Adrian has spent the last 30+ years gaining management experience across the manufacturing, import, export, distribution, retail, financial services and public sector industries.
Notable achievements prior to joining Kinishi include his overseeing the re-banking of a £16million turnover company as well as forming part of the re-structured finance team that ultimately led the Hallé Concert's Society back to its former glory after financial troubles that were widely publicised in the mainstream press. Adrian has also been responsible for the systems analysis and design of various IT systems including deployments involving Olivetti, Siemens Nixdorf and IBM.
Alexander
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Alexander started his career as a freelance contractor specialising in the development and deployment of large-scale Internet applications and databases. Over the years he has worked on a wide range of projects for smaller start-up companies through to established PLCs with the resulting solutions being required to support hundreds of thousands, and some cases millions, of users.
In 2004, Alexander become IT Manager for a company pioneering the development of telematics and tracking services aimed at the heavy plant industry. Prior to founding Kinishi, Alexander had acted as project manager and technical lead on a range of telematics projects alongside managers and other key personnel from well known companies such as Aggreko, Bomag, GE Equipment Services, Hewden, JCB, Liebherr, Marubeni Komatsu, Metso, Multidrive, Ringway, Seddon and Takeuchi.
Roberto
Technical Director (Hardware)
Building on his degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Roberto’s professional career started in 1992 with Mitel Networks (formerly Mitel Telecom and Global Village/KNX) where he worked with Bluetooth, WiFi, Ethernet, Voice over IP (VoIP) and other communications technologies.
Throughout his career, Roberto has been responsible for the design and development of telecommunications, automotive and high volume consumer products from initial concept through to production. His role, prior to joining Kinishi, was that of a Senior Electronics Design Engineer and it was in this role that he most notably worked on designs for a number of automotive manufacturers including Ford, Aston Martin, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Fiat, Mitsubishi, MG Rover, Porsche, Volkswagen and Chrysler.
Jonathan
Support Services Director
Prior to joining Kinishi, Jonathan spent eight years providing IT services and support to clients ranging from small medical centres, through mid-sized law firms, up to several larger NHS primary care trusts. His project experience encompasses everything from the simple assembly and installation of personal computers through to large scale deployments of multi-site networks and telecommunications systems.
With a strong background in technical maintenance, and his proven ability to work in partnership with both clients and contractors, Jonathan's remit is to implement the robust and repeatable processes that we and the third-parties we work with require.
